Psychology for teams, clubs, and groups
Psychology works best when it is connected to the environment around the athlete. I provide bespoke sport psychology support to teams and groups, working alongside athletes, coaches, and support staff to understand where psychology can add value. I have worked with professional, academy, recreational and grassroots teams, as well as national governing bodies, schools, and universities. Support can range from a one-off workshop to ongoing input across a season.
Bespoke support. Shared progress.

Practical. Interactive. Tailored.
What can team psychology support look like?
I offer a range of formats depending on what your team or organisation needs. This might be a one-off workshop on a particular topic, a series of sessions across a season, 1:1 psychology sessions for athletes or staff, or more integrated support alongside training and competition.
I’m passionate about making workshops interactive and practical, using discussion, activities and sporting examples to bring psychological concepts to life. I have experience of delivering workshops for:
01
Athletes
Developing mental performance and wellbeing skills.
02
Coaches
Exploring psychological approaches that can be integrated into coaching and competition.
03
Young athletes
Making sport psychology accessible, engaging and age appropriate.
04
Parents
Practical guidance around supporting young athletes and developing positive parent-athlete communication.
05
Clubs and organisations
Developing shared psychological knowledge and language across a sporting environment.
06
Students
Introducing sport and performance psychology through lectures, seminars or workshop style sessions.
How will we work together?
I’ll start by understanding your team or group, your environment and goals, and what you would like to gain from psychological input. From there, we can agree an approach that fits your needs, whether that’s a single workshop or more ongoing support.
I can work with the whole group, individual athletes or staff members, or a combination. The aim is to make psychology relevant, practical and embedded within your current system, rather than something that sits separately from the rest of the team.
